Organization Structure of Quality Assurance Department of Faculty of Engineering: Tim Gugus Jaminan Mutu Fakultas Teknik UB : organisasi penjamin mutu Penanggung Jawab (DEKAN) Rincian tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
  1. Bertanggungjawab dalam palaksanaan dan implementasi dokumen GJM di tingkat Fakultas.
  2. Mendelegasikan dan mengkoordinir Tim GJM dalam Penyusunan Dokumen Mutu Akademik.
  3. Bersama Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik, memonitor dan mengevaluasi implementasi dokumen mutu akademik GJM di tingkat Fakultas.
Ketua GJM Rincian tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
  1. Membantu Dekan menyiapkan dokumen mutu akademik.
  2. Mengkoordinir operasionalisasi kegiatan GJM.
  3. Bersama Sekretaris GJM, mendokumentasikan dokumen GJM.
  4. Membantu Dekan dalam sosialisasi dan implementasi dokumen GJM.
  5. Melakukan tugas lain sehubungan dengan GJM.
Sekretaris GJM Rincian tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
  1. Bersama Ketua GJM mengkoordinir operasionlalisasi kegiatan GJM.
  2. Menyusun kelengkapan dokumen mutu akademik GJM.
  3. Membantu Dekan dalam sosialisasi dan implementasi dokumen GJM.
  4. Melakukan tugas lain sehubungan dengan GJM.
Anggota GJM Rincian tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
  1. Bersama Tim GJM membantu administrasi pembuatan dokumen mutu akademik fakultas.
  2. Membantu menyusun kelengkapan dokumen mutu GJM.
  3. Menginventarisasi data dalam kaitannya dengan implementasi dokumen GJM.
  4. Melakukan tugas lain sehubungan dengan GJM.
Organization Structure of Quality Assurance Department of Faculty of Engineering: Quality Assurance team of  Faculty of Engineering: Person in Charge (DEAN) Details of duties and responsibilities :
  1. Responsible in the execution and implementation of GJM document at faculty level.
  2. Delegate and coordinate GJM team in the Academic Quality Document Preparation.
  3. Together with the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, monitor and evaluate the implementation of GJM academic quality documents at the Faculty level.
Head of  GJM Details of duties and responsibilities :
  1. Assist the Dean prepare Academic Quality Document.
  2. Coordinate operational academic of GJM.
  3. Together with the secretary documenting GJM document.
  4. Assist the Dean in the dissemination and implementation of a document GJM.
  5. Perform other duties in connection with the GJM.
Secretary of GJM Details of duties and responsibilities:
  1. Together with the Head of GJM coordinate operational academic of GJM.
  2. Organizing Academic Quality Document.
  3. Assist the Dean in the dissemination and implementation of a document GJM.
  4. Perform other duties in connection with the GJM.
Member of GJM Details of duties and responsibilities:
  1. Together with GJM team assist  the administrative staff to create Academic Quality Document of Faculty of Engineering.
  2. Help prepare the GJM documents.
  3. Inventoring data in relation to the implementation of  GJM document.
  4. Perform other duties in connection with the GJM.
